Tile Roofing

Tile Roofing

Clay and concrete tile roofing that lasts a lifetime. New installations, reroofs, and our specialty: the tile-reset reroof — where we save your existing tiles.

50–100 Year Lifespan

The Oldest Roof Material Still the Best

Clay tile roofs have been protecting Mediterranean homes for two thousand years. On Sonoma County’s hacienda and Spanish colonial homes, they still look stunning a century later.

A properly installed tile roof is essentially a permanent roof. The tiles themselves will likely outlast the house — the only thing that wears out is the underlayment beneath them, which typically needs replacement every 30–50 years.

That’s where our tile-reset reroof specialty comes in. We can save your original tiles, replace the underlayment underneath, and give you what’s essentially a brand new roof at a fraction of the cost of full replacement.
